The Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Glass & Aluminium Facades Project Manager to join our Construction team based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane . Key responsibilities include: Manage and coordinate project procurement for materials, equipment, labour and project execution, manage variables, constraints in terms of specification, scope, time, cost and resources to meet programs Communicate, interact, engage and correspond with builders, architects, clients, installers and subcontractors Monitoring and reporting of project statuses Undertake regular site inspections and visits (travel may be required) The Person: Qualification/Training in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent experience. Qualification/Training in Project Management (desirable) At least 5-10 years of Project Management experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector. Comprehensive understanding of building construction methodology and typical equipment, machinery that is used in production and installation of façade systems Energetic and deadline focused with excellent attention to detail Great communication skill at all levels of industry, both written and verbal Expert in utilising Microsoft Office software and proficient with MS Project (or similar) or the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules.
