Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales KPIs, and enterprise-level solution selling. Proficient in translating technical product features into clear business benefits for diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and expertise in engaging with senior decision-makers and positioning solutions with their business objectives. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Committed to fostering a seamless client experience, from initial engagement to post-sale success. A self-starter, who brings energy and passion in representing our solutions. Someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers find the right solution. DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Uncover and target, cultivate and secure new clients while nurturing long-term relationships. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets. Conduct product demos with passion, positioning solutions to address client needs and deliver ROI. Collaborate with marketing to generate and manage a strong pipeline of leads. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the buying process and ensuring satisfaction. Expand client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
