Their team of award-winning designers and drafters draw inspiration from the unique and glorious landscapes of Western Australia. They build homes that are responsive to the unique locations of the diverse Australian landscape; they are not your typical suburban designs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee external contractors, ensuring documentation is adequately detailed Documenting the full set of architectural drawings including required construction details and finishes Drafting Pre-Construction & Construction variations Experience in providing relevant sales & marketing plans Collaborate with all teams, including Sales, in identifying design solutions Participating in relevant support of pre-construction & construction teams Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential volume builder in a similar role Relevant Drafting qualifications High level understanding of building regulations ArchiCAD experience is required High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines Always fosters a positive team culture Ability to work in a competitive, challenging, and fast paced environment Exceptional problem-solving skills Comfortable with technology in your day to day workings Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills Additional information Full time opportunity based in Osborne Park Competitive package with 2 days working from home Diverse portfolio across Western Australia
