As an Advisor you will: Provide timely, quality advice, support and training in relation to preparation and flow of highly sensitive briefs and ministerial and executive correspondence. Develop and maintain networks and positive working relationships across the department and with the Minister's Office to ensure effective coordination and liaison occurs. Knowledge of relevant information systems that support executive correspondence and actively contribute to improvement initiatives. Coordinate daily flow of business operations including inward and outward communications and requests for information and manage effective distribution by determining action and priorities. Contribute to a high-level to a culture of client service, excellence and continuous improvement. Coordinate and assist in the preparation of ministerial meeting and travel itineraries and related briefing materials. * Assist the Manager to implement and maintain systems and procedures, such as quality assurance, information management, stakeholder databases, records management and any other ad hoc business as needed.
