About the role: We’re partnering with a rapidly growing commercial property business that’s shaking up the eastern seaboard market. With a tailored, high-touch approach to asset and property management. They’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Property Administration (or someone ready to step into that!) to support their high-performing property and leasing team. The Opportunity In this role, you’ll be supporting the commercial property team with the day-to-day operations of a portfolio. You’ll be part of a collaborative and well-supported environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate property inspections, meetings, and team schedules Assist with lease admin, marketing material, and reports Be a first point of contact for tenants, owners, and service providers Manage online property campaigns and ensure listings are up to date Keep CRM systems current and accurate Pitch in with general office support and team projects What You’ll Bring Strong admin skills with great attention to detail A professional, clear communicator — both written and verbal Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning property systems Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced team Previous property or real estate experience Driver’s licence preferred for site visits Why Apply?
