About the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) represents the State of Queensland in criminal cases. The ODPP's significant responsibility is to prosecute criminal matters in the High Court of Australia, Court of Appeal (QId), Supreme Court, Mental Health Court, District Court, the Childrens Court of Queensland and the Magistrates Court (in limited locations and matters) About the opportunity Multiple A03 Victim Liaison Officer roles are available on permanent and fixed-term temporary flexible full-time basis in various work locations in Queensland. The Victim Liaison Officer provides essential administrative support to Legal Officers and Crown Prosecutors in the areas of victim information, referral and support. The Victim Liaison Officer is generally the first point of contact for external organisations including the Queensland Police Service, other legal practitioners, court officers of other Government bodies, victim support groups and most importantly victims of crime and their families.
