The Company: The Recruit Group is assisting a highly regarded and established Developer/Builder with a strong presence across South-East Queensland. Known for delivering high-quality, custom-designed townhomes and new home builds, this business has built a reputation for stability, craftsmanship, and high specifications. With continued growth across Queensland’s key corridors, they are now seeking two skilled Site Supervisors (North and South Brisbane) to join their close-knit and collaborative construction team. Accompanied by strong internal systems, approachable leadership, and a positive team culture. Responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day operations across multiple residential construction sites Coordinating trades, materials, and suppliers to meet project milestones Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining company site standards Conducting quality checks, site walks, and managing handovers Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders to keep builds on track Using job management systems (e.g. Onsite Companion) to manage progress, POs, and variations ensuring multiple residential builds progress on time, within budget, and to the high standards What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction A trade background and QBCC Site Supervisor licence (Low Rise minimum) Strong attention to detail, with a focus on sequencing and quality control Great communication and coordination skills Working knowledge of WHS obligations and construction management software Experienced, motivated, and committed to doing things the right way What’s in it for You?
