MJD Recruitment is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives within the healthcare industry during a 12-month maternity leave cover . This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, people-first business that values clear communication, initiative, and professionalism. What You’ll Be Doing: Complex diary and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders Sitting in meetings, capturing and following through on action items Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and high-level correspondence Domestic and international travel coordination Supporting internal projects (e.g. claims reviews, meeting prep) Partnering with the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations Helping other leaders and jumping in to assist where needed What You Bring: 7–10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant A calm, grounded presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills High-level organisational skills and a knack for juggling priorities Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset Ability to work independently while supporting a busy, close-knit team Why Apply?
