We’re partnering with a respected aged care provider to find an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO during a time of reform, growth and renewal. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational, communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage complex and shifting priorities with professionalism and care. About the Role You’ll work closely with the CEO to support the leadership and delivery of organisational priorities, playing a key role in ensuring alignment, clarity and progress across executive functions. Key responsibilities include: Managing the CEO’s schedule, inbox, correspondence and daily coordination Preparing high-quality reports, briefings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Supporting Board engagement including meeting coordination, documentation and governance compliance Tracking the progress of CEO-led projects and strategic initiatives Coordinating Leadership Team meetings, agendas and follow-ups Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, representing the office with clarity, empathy and professionalism About You 5 years’ experience in executive support roles, ideally within aged care, health or complex service environments Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive matters Discreet, dependable and calm under pressure Knowledge of aged care and familiarity with governance or regulatory frameworks will be highly regarded What to Expect You’ll be working closely with a values-led CEO and an engaged leadership team in an organisation committed to doing things better. This role is fully office-based, requiring you to work onsite at the office five days per week to effectively support the CEO and leadership team.
