About the role: Work directly with a Senior Property Manager in a pod structure Assisting in all Property Management areas Carrying out ingoing and routine inspections Assist with rent arrears and renewals Organise repairs and maintenance Assist with NCAT prep when and if required Communicate with both landlords and tenants The Person: Previous experience within Real Estate is a MUST!
