Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions using CostX Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing Assist in procurement planning and handover to delivery teams Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on pricing strategy Ensure estimates meet client and compliance requirements What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as an estimator on commercial builds up to $10M Strong proficiency in CostX software Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills Perth-based experience is essential Full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: Up to $160K Super depending on experience Full-time, Perth-based role Work on a variety of commercial projects with a Tier 3 builder Apply today.
