About the Role Responsibilities include: Provide confidential administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, preparation of agendas, correspondence and other documentation as required. Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings on behalf of senior executives. Maintain accurate records and filing systems in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support to the Internal Audit Branch. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Interested?
