About the Role: As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. A snapshot of a typical day: - Manage switchboard through incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt within a timely and efficient manner - Provides superior customer service to the client teams to ensure a fantastic experience within the office - Performs general administrative duties including restocking of consumables,, distributing packages & mail as required and tracking system to record courier, freight and mail activities - Maintains requests including raising works orders and inductions - Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary using the visitor registration system - Maintain the appearance of reception, lobby, meeting rooms and other common areas.
