Your key accountabilities The core capability requirements for this role are: - Provide high level advice on the development and implementation of strategic and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.- Research, develop, implement and evaluate strategies, plans and procedures that support corporate and operational activities and align with strategic objectives and governance guidelines.- Work proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures and workflows.- Contribute to projects and provide regular advice and reports on project milestones.- Prepare high quality reports, presentations, and briefings for, and on behalf of the Deputy, and perform secretariat roles on committees and forums as required.- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance business practices and service delivery. Role Requirements Other - While there are no mandatory requirements for this role relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience project management within a large and complex organisation will be highly regarded.
