As a Youth Outreach Clinician , you’ll work flexibly and compassionately with young people experiencing challenges around alcohol and other drug use, mental health, and family relationships. Your role, your impact No two days will be the same. You’ll be out and about, meeting young people in community settings such as schools or their homes, and providing counselling, brief interventions, and care coordination. You’ll: Deliver trauma-informed, harm-reduction focused counselling and support Work flexibly to meet young people where they’re most comfortable Coordinate care with a wide range of services to ensure wrap-around support Help clients build on their strengths and connect with the resources that matter to them Advocate for young people and support them through crisis and recovery Accurately document your work and contribute to program development and evaluation Who we’re looking for You’re a values-driven, youth-focused clinician who builds trust easily and brings a calm, considered presence to complex situations.
