Advise managers on best practices for performance management and staff development. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and workplace policies. Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation. Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Profile A successful People and Culture Lead should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
