Developing and maintaining detailed program and project schedules in MS Project Online Creating and updating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and milestone tracking Collaborating across teams to gather inputs, align timelines, and identify risks Supporting internal stakeholders with scheduling advice, reporting, and training Maintaining data integrity across SharePoint, MS Project, and Power BI systems Contributing to continuous improvement in scheduling and planning processes Managing resource allocations and identifying optimisation opportunities Presenting insights and contributing to project governance What do you need? 5 years of experience as a Scheduler, Planner, or Program Coordinator Strong working knowledge of MS Project Online (including admin functions) Experience with SharePoint and Power BI highly desirable Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK) Strong analytical and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders Experience outside of construction (e.g. energy, policy, training, or public sector) preferred A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
