About the Role: As the Process and Forms Automation Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, designing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline internal processes. Your work will support service delivery improvements across the department, partnering with business units to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency using technologies like UiPath or Automation Anywhere . What You’ll Do: Analyse current workflows to identify automation opportunities across business functions; Design and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading platforms; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth automation rollouts; Maintain detailed documentation, from process mapping to testing plans; Monitor automation effectiveness and recommend improvements; Stay updated on emerging tech to enhance ongoing initiatives; and Contribute to a culture of innovation and digital capability uplift. About You: Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field; RPA certification (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere); At least 2 years’ experience delivering process automation solutions; Skilled in user-centric form design and workflow automation; Strong documentation and analytical skills; and Excellent communicator who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
