Job Overview The IT Field Services Technician position is a full-time, mid-level role located in Brisbane. The technician will play a crucial role in providing onsite support and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient operation of IT services and solutions for our clients in McKinlay QLD Cannington. The position involves travel and hands-on work within various IT environments. Qualifications and Skills Excellent onsite support and hands-on troubleshooting skills (Mandatory skill) to address various IT issues efficiently. Proficiency in basic network and audio/video support to maintain and troubleshoot communication systems effectively. Capability in incident handling and coordination with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Experience in IT asset management and site audits, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with regulations. Strong awareness of safety and compliance to adhere to industry standards and protect information systems. Proficient in providing end user and desktop support, addressing technical issues, and enhancing user experience. Familiarity with multi-function devices (MFD) to manage, troubleshoot, and support office equipment effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
