Responsibilities: Lead and support the facility's care management team and staff. Uphold the facility's reputation as a high-quality, caring, and safe environment. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and accreditation standards. Manage the annual budget and monitor outcomes to ensure adherence. Maintain open communication with senior management on all operational matters. Requirements: Registered Nurse with current registration. Minimum five years of nursing management experience. Minimum three years of experience in aged care. Detailed knowledge of aged care industry requirements and legislation. Tertiary qualifications in management or aged care are desirable.
