Job Description Proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support operational reporting and strategic decision-making across Operations, IT, and Finance departments. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development—especially in environments involving electronic records management systems (EMRS), Salesforce, and healthcare-related data (e.g., Electronic Medical Records System (EMRS). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Finance to gather reporting requirements. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools. Analyse data trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to support operational efficiency. Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models. Ensure high data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and performance monitoring. Work closely with IT to optimize data extraction and integration processes. Create documentation and presentations that clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional with a strong command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. You should have experience turning large, complex datasets into actionable insights through clear, compelling dashboards and reports. Your ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions is key, along with strong data analysis skills and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll need to be proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and excel in critical thinking and structured problem-solving. Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment should feel natural to you. Communication is Crucial: You should be a confident communicator, capable of explaining complex data in a simple, meaningful way—both in writing and in person. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally will help you succeed in this role. Bonus Points For: Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence. Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, Healthcloud, and Electronic Medical Records System (EMRS) Skills in SQL or Python for database management and report development. What You Bring: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst role.
