Senior Cyber Business Analyst - UAM – Contract Opportunity Location : Melbourne (Hybrid) Duration : 3 Months (with potential for extension) Are you a skilled and innovative Business Analyst with a passion for cutting-edge technologies? We are seeking a Senior Cyber Business Analyst - UAM to join a dynamic project team, supporting efforts on a Cyber Security Uplift Program. This is a large-scale program of work, with considerable process and technology challenges, which will have change implications across the entire business. Key Responsibilities : Facilitate business process and solution design workshops, working with a variety of technical and business stakeholders. Develop and uplift relevant business processes by way of ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ process mapping. Collaboratively review and update various cyber security policy and standards. Assist with the delivery of end user training and documentation. Contribute to the success of the overall Cyber Security Uplift Program by identifying risks and issues and escalating as required, providing input into the regular status reporting and ensuring project timelines are met. About the Team Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be a critical part of a highly collaborative and forward-thinking project team. While the role does not have direct reports, you’ll work closely with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver impactful business analysis outcomes. Essential Skills and Experience Proven business analysis experience, preferably across a UAM project otherwise significant Technology transformation projects. Proven experience facilitating requirements and process workshops, specifying and validating user stories and implementing new capabilities within large, complex organisations. Demonstrated experience working on agile projects and a strong ability to deal with ambiguity. Exceptional team player with a willingness to perform tasks outside of role when required. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, independently and manage multiple project tasks and demands effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships and strong business engagement and negotiation skills. CBAP certification highly regarded. Desirable Skills Excellent judgement and decision-making skills, demonstrated ability to quickly breakdown problems and find innovative solutions.
