About the Role: We are seeking an experienced superannuation professional with strong business analysis and project management skills to join our team on a critical engagement. This role will involve working across multiple functions and stakeholder groups within the trustee office and associated departments. This is a 3-month contract in Melbourne (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: Carry out product management activities as requested by the product team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and coordinate product changes. Engage with stakeholders and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, operations, risk, and finance . Navigate the trustee office environment and engage with relevant departments. Review and update key documentation including policies, Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) , and compliance materials. Lead and contribute to initiatives that improve regulatory alignment and operational efficiency. Conduct business analysis to inform decision-making and process enhancements. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. Required Skills & Experience: Knowledge of superannuation products, regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong product management experience within the superannuation industry is highly regarded. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the superannuation and/or insurance industries. Demonstrated Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and documentation. Proven Project Management experience, with an ability to drive outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with compliance and policy documentation processes. RG146 qualification or compliance with Regulatory Guide 146 (RG 146) from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) .
