About the team As the Market Planning Analyst, you’ll work with your colleagues to embed best practice across the business, establishing a culture of excellence around market planning and performance - and always with a finger firmly on the digital pulse. About the role In this position, you’ll: Work with the marketing procurement partner to drive best practice marketing vendor selection and onboarding Guide how agencies align their operating models with our tiered Enterprise Marketing framework Collaborate with strategic marketing partners to decide where our budget is best spent and returns maximised Extract insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis Build trust with senior stakeholders, using your expertise to advise them on best practice and the current media landscape. What are we looking for? Someone with a nose for business and a mind for numbers A thorough understanding of strategic marketing planning and go-to-market processes, including vendor negotiations Extensive experience dealing with agencies and third party vendors, or you’ll have worked as an account manager yourself Exposure to different agency remuneration models Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Commerce or similar Experience with SAP and payment processes is a bonus Someone who understands, promotes and reflects the Australia Post Shared Values and Brand Beliefs.
