PMO Manager – Implementation Lead – Asset Management Optimisation – Initial 12-month contract Our client, a leading organisation delivering essential services, is seeking a PMO Manager to support their Operating Model transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in delivering high-level program controls and governance across a multi-stream initiative encompassing major IT and business projects. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Oversee and manage all aspects of program controls, governance and compliance across CCP streams. Ensure adherence to the Project Investment and Delivery Framework (PIDF) and company methodologies. Lead risk, issue and deliverables management, ensuring timely reporting and mitigation strategies. Support project financials including forecasting, accruals and expenditure tracking in partnership with Finance. Manage project resourcing and recruitment efforts in collaboration with resource partners. Act as a key liaison with the EPMO, OMMO, delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure aligned execution. Provide contract and commercial support in conjunction with Project Managers and the Program Director. Develop and maintain program-level dashboards and governance materials. The role will be offered as an initial 12-month Day Rate contract with a flexible hybrid WFH agreement. There will also be a requirement to travel to Darwin with the rest of the team for 1 week every month, though all costs and allowances are covered. The skills/experience needed will include but not be limited to: Demonstrated success in utilities or infrastructure sectors, particularly in regulated environments. Extensive experience managing PMO functions in large-scale transformation or IT programs. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at executive level. Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies, reporting and risk frameworks. Financial acumen and contract management experience. Self-starter with exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills. Want to apply?
