HR Advisor Industry: Retail We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to partner closely with our clients retail leaders and the wider business. In this hands-on role, you’ll build strong relationships, provide trusted HR advice and deliver people-focused initiatives that make a real impact. With a blend of operational and project work, you’ll coach and support leaders through ER/IR matters, help embed best practices across our stores and contribute to a high-performing culture. What You Will Be Doing Partner with retail leaders to coach and imbed new initiatives. Deliver sound ER and IR advice to support the business. Manage all ER investigations & provide advice on suggested outcomes. Manage all incoming enquiries relating to HR. Managing administrations tasks, including contract creation. Provide direction on policies & practices. Coach & develop managers across the areas of performance and engagement. Maintain a working knowledge of the retail award & standard employment practices. Contribute to ongoing HR projects supporting both the retail teams & the support office. Partner with Payroll to ensuing processes are followed. Managing several projects with differing prioritisation. Drive a high performing culture. Who You Are 2 years' experience as an HR advisor, preferably within the Retail industry. Experience working in Retail. Able to build strong relationships and engage positively with retail & leadership teams. Proven ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume role. You have a high emotional IQ, someone who is resilient & flexible. Culturally aligned to Team values and fosters a sense of cohesion and collaboration among colleagues.
