We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to Associate join our Projects & Government Commercial team working with Partner, Alice Chen in our Sydney office. About the work and the team Work on confidential, high profile and complex projects alongside an industry-leading partner who will invest in your growth, development, and technical ability, providing support and mentoring for career progression. Assist high-profile clients, including Commonwealth and State Government, on major infrastructure projects around Australia, providing strategic advice on project structuring and delivery. Hands on project experience in drafting and reviewing procurement and contract documents, support during procurement phase (including presentation at workshops and briefings), negotiating contracts and managing contract administration. Be part of a cohesive and collaborative team with genuine career progression, development, and flexibility, with opportunities to work closely with clients and stakeholders. About you 2-4 years' experience, with desirable experience in procurement and contracting, construction, projects, and infrastructure. Applicants with government contracts/procurement experience are also encouraged to apply.
