You will be part of our Process Systems Team to add your expertise skills to the delivery of Operational Training Excellence. Your Role Managing the training function by working closely with department managers supervisors to identify training requirements, developing plans for training new existing employees. You will focus on supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence by upscaling the knowledge competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching skills development. You will drive productivity organically ensure the organization is always fully equipped for success. Your Responsibilities - To provide operational systems general business field training to new users with effective training techniques high quality documentation. This includes conducting online training live training. - To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS). - To monitor report the completeness of training for both hard soft skill competencies. - To research methods techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry the competition. - To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies. - To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company. - To develop training concepts learning paths for teams individuals - To drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge competencies of the organization. Your Skills and Experiences - Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of experience in freight or logistics related industry. - Proven experience in training delivery, instructional design, or learning and development. - Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions. - Tech-savvy with experience using digital platforms for content creation and delivery. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
