About the Role In this exciting and varied role, you’ll take the lead across three key areas: People Management, Operations & Compliance, and Reporting & Administration. Here's what you'll be doing: Store Visits & Standards Carry out regular store visits, setting clear goals and maintaining high operational and service standards in line with business expectations. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop your operational teams to deliver against KPIs and SLAs. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build capable, confident store teams. Actively take part in the Annual Performance Review process and oversee reviews across all stores. Communication & Collaboration Work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication at all levels. Build and maintain effective working relationships that reflect our values and strengthen our brand. Operational Excellence Review and improve current processes, always looking for ways to enhance service delivery and drive efficiency. Champion high standards in stock management, ensuring accuracy, availability, and minimal loss. Compliance & Health and Safety Ensure all stores are fully compliant with Time and Attendance requirements, including shift patterns and system data. Promote and monitor adherence to health and safety standards (including HACCP) across all sites. Commercial Insight & Improvement Use internal and external data to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. About You Ideally, you will have: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Area Manager. Experience managing food compliance alongside HACCP guidelines. Experience managing stock and distribution. Experience in managing labor costs across a multi-site business unit. Effective staff management and coaching skills. The ability to achieve targets and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility with work hours and locations as travel across NSW will be required on a regular basis.
