Our Mental Health Occupational Therapy Workforce: The Northern Health Mental Health Division has a growing occupational therapy workforce, including Grade 1, 2, 3 and 4 clinicians in generic and discipline specific roles. We also have occupational therapists in clinical specialist fields and management. We also lead an innovative specialist driving service. Mental Health Occupational Therapists are well supported professionally with access to regular supervision, professional development and communities of practice. We have a long track record in growing occupational therapy evidence through evaluation and research.
