Join our expanding SaaS sales team to capitalize on the growth of our market-leading SaaS platform. This Perth-based role is within our Public Sector sales team, focusing on State Government and Higher Education clients. We seek self-starters capable of generating business from cold outreach and managing complex sales engagements. Public Sector or Higher Education experience is advantageous but not essential. What You’ll Do Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and prospects Lead account planning, including strategy, financial targets, and milestones Manage the full sales cycle, engaging Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Partners as needed Define and promote Oracle’s ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX solutions through targeted campaigns Analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape to position Oracle cloud offerings effectively Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through calls, emails, and sector intelligence Use strategic, value-based selling techniques to engage prospects, including ROI analysis and references Balance short-term results with long-term revenue growth Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and meet sales targets Required Skills and Experience 5-10 years of proven sales experience, demonstrating stability and success in closing deals Ability to challenge customer perspectives and articulate clear value propositions Strong communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market clients Knowledge of decision-making processes and influencing key stakeholders Responsibilities Sell business applications software and services, manage forecasts, develop solutions, negotiate contracts, and build strategic partnerships.
