About The Role Do you have experience in driving client satisfaction and fostering relationships? We are looking for a Chief Client Experience Officer (CCXO) to oversee our firm's client-centric initiatives and strategies. The role involves ensuring consistent delivery of quality client experiences and optimising client engagement and growth. The CCXO leads the firm's Client team who are instrumental in brand elevation, client engagement, procurement support, developing and executing strategies that articulate the firm's unique value proposition, and to position it competitively in the market. Responsibilities In this role, you will develop and maintain a strategic plan that fosters the growth of practice groups and enhances client relationships. You will work closely with the C-Suite, senior leaders, partners and key stakeholders to devise and implement innovative strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining clients. . A key aspect of this position involves developing and executing a comprehensive client experience strategy that aligns with our firm's values. This strategy will ensure a best-in-class client journey, encompassing seamless onboarding and expansion pathways. You will lead a skilled existing client team and foster collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy, as well as identifying profiling opportunities that position the firm as a leader in thought leadership and client experience. Additionally, you will oversee internal and external communications, including media relations, to ensure strategic communication aligns with the firm's values and goals, reinforcing its reputation in the industry. About You Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field Suitable candidates will bring extensive experience in client experience management, brand management, business development, or a related leadership role within a legal or professional services industry Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and leverage market opportunities An ability to develop detailed business-to-business knowledge and understanding of the commercial application of these services and how they respond to client and market needs Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and leading client-centric initiatives Highly responsive and solutions oriented with strong stakeholder management skills including influencing and coaching Ability to develop strategic partnerships and leverage market opportunities Join us and make a significant impact on our firm's growth and our clients' experiences.
