Key Responsibilities: Deliver against yearly budgeted customer P&L outcomes including GCSC and NSV. Deliver yearly share growth targets Manage trade spend to deliver optimal venue & P&L outcomes. Build and enhance the commercial relationship between CUB and the customer through developing a strong understanding of the customer’s business drivers and strategy. Deliver upon agreed internal sales performance metric’s, including but not limited to volume, NSV and GCSC whilst meeting the requirements to support profitable growth for the customer. Leadership of a team of sales professionals, including National Account Managers, Key Account Managers & Business development Executives. Embed high performance standards and a culture of shared learning with the KAM teams and across the sales function. About You Proven track record of senior sales or marketing leadership within a blue-chip consumer goods company Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management dealing with On Premise Key Accounts. Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts. People Leadership Prior relevant industry experience (eg FMCG, hospitality, On premise) Advanced financial literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced negotiator able to plan negotiations and close out sales and contractual agreements.
