What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the end-to-end build and migration of infrastructure platforms across on-premises and virtualised environments. Providing deep technical expertise across Windows Server or Linux (RHEL or Ubuntu) operating systems. Managing and optimising VMware virtualisation platforms to ensure performance, scalability, and availability. Automating day-to-day tasks and infrastructure deployments through scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python highly desirable). Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues across compute, storage, and virtualisation layers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a modern, highly resilient technology environment. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in enterprise-scale environments. Deep expertise in either Windows Server or Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) platforms. Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualisation technologies. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python would be a huge advantage. Previous experience working on data centre migrations or infrastructure transformation projects is highly desirable. A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving technical challenges. Why Join?
