The Premium Services Executive Host role reports directly to the Premium Services Supervisor and is responsible for hosting guests within the Premium and VIP areas of the property, ensuring each guest has a positive and memorable experience that exceeds their expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your exceptional customer service skills to deliver a thrilling new era for Premium Services. A few of your responsibilities: Monitor guest and guest access and dress code in the VIP/Premium areas Greet and assist guests in the VIP/Premium rooms Assist guests and Gaming Services Host’s with queries regarding VIP/Premium membership Escort guests to private gaming salons and assist with their needs during gaming activity Conduct gaming promotions and assist with guest gift days and perform scrutineer responsibilities for gaming promotions What we are looking for: Holder of a current Special Employee Licence is preferred Proven experience within a guest service-related field Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactions Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences About you: Providing a great customer experience is at the heart of everything you do.
