Job Purpose: To maintain the health of the Television Audience Measurement panels and to co-ordinate related activities to address any imbalances through the appropriate recruitment and repair of households in order to meet contractual obligations. Key Job Outcomes Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPI’s and commitments Oversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients Ensuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems Perform on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvement Compile specifications, document processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients Provide ad-hoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clients Maintain technical documentation and support to third party software suppliers Knowledge and Experience Experience in supporting client deliverables Able to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as required Promote and be a driving influence of a quality culture within the business Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Sound knowledge of statistical concepts Python or SAS package knowledge (desirable) Intermediate knowledge of Tableau Skills (conceptual, interpersonal) Lateral thinking: Questioning current processes and proposing new approaches to handle varying circumstances Information scanning: Ability to focus and identify potentially trends in panel composition reports that need to be dealt with in a proactive manner.
