About the Role: The People & Culture Advisor is responsible for advising employees across a range of strategic, operational, and transactional deliverables that align with the business objectives in their designated unit or branch. We are looking for someone that can work with a wider remote P&C to execute business strategy and the P&C plan in the Perth and SA region. . Travel to SA may be required from time to time Key Responsibilities: Advisory Support: Act as the key contact for escalated People & Culture queries, providing expert advice on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, WHS, and more. Employment Relations: Stay updated on relevant legislation, provide guidance to managers, escalate serious matters, and maintain the ER register. Onboarding: Manage pre-onboarding correspondence, coordinate visa processing, execute induction programs, and ensure data integrity for new hires. Employee Changes: Oversee employment record updates (transfers, promotions, terminations, etc.), manage secondments, and ensure compliance with visa and payroll requirements. Systems & Reporting: Generate reports, analyse people data, and maintain data integrity in systems to support decision-making. Work Health & Safety: Participate in the WHS Committee, drive compliance, investigate incidents, and support injury management and return-to-work programs. Professional Development & Projects: Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, attend industry seminars, and support employee experience projects. About You: Solid foundation in People & Culture with a passion for exceptional customer service. Highly organised, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities. Excellent communicator with a commitment to promoting the People & Culture brand. Knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in WHS, employee relations, and onboarding.
