Then this is the role for YOU! As a Service Liaison at Winning Group, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional after-sales service. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and making sure everything runs smoothly — from liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to helping resolve any issues our customers may face. Be the hero our customers need by diagnosing and solving product issues. Keep our service calls in check — log everything accurately and ensure records are up-to-date. Book and coordinate service calls with our trusted partners and suppliers. Work with Finance and Order Management to handle returns, credits, or refunds for faulty products. Be the voice our customers rely on — respond to calls and emails quickly and efficiently. Stay ahead of the game by keeping your product knowledge sharp with regular training. Qualifications: Top-notch communication skills (verbal and written) – you can talk the talk and write the email! A knack for staying cool under pressure and managing multiple priorities with ease. A natural ability to build rapport — whether it’s with customers or suppliers, you’ve got it covered. Strong computer skills — tech-savvy and ready to tackle any system.
