The Opportunity: You’ll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated safety leadership team whilst you drive and facilitate the site management of Health, Safety & Environmental activities including but not limited to: Providing specialist safety guidance to project leaders & site supervisors/workers. Facilitate the management of the EHS and environmental systems in accordance with the PMP Positively advocate facilitation of HE&E duties through mentoring and coaching Assess data via lag indicators (audits & incidents) to map trends and help influence the projects safety approach. Support the implementation of safety initiatives and new technologies to improve culture and company performance (HammerTech) What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated practical construction related safety coordination/management experience & knowledge, delivering mid to large projects; built form (preferably), civil construction or infrastructure WHS industry relevant qualifications and certificates Collaborative communication skills consistent with effective consultation, influencing and relationship building.
