A globally recognised, design-led fashion brand is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage complex global freight, customs, and logistics operations across its supply chain. Working within a fast-paced, cross-functional team, this role is critical to ensuring on-time, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery of product across key international markets. About the Role Reporting to the Logistics Manager and working closely with teams across supply chain, planning, production, retail, finance, and wholesale, you’ll coordinate the movement of goods across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. You’ll also support logistics for retail expansion, manage international trade compliance, and help drive process and cost optimisation across the business. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage global inbound and outbound shipments from factories and 3PLs Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth import/export processes Coordinate shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.) and ensure customs clearance Monitor logistics for complex markets and regions (e.g. China, Middle East, Mexico) Support retail store build logistics, including oversized or fragile shipments Maintain and optimise freight schedules, shipping reports, and compliance records Manage duties, tariffs, licences, and cost optimisation processes in collaboration with Finance Track and report on freight costs, delivery performance, and carbon emissions data Reduce reliance on air freight and improve efficiency through consolidated shipments About You 2–4 years’ experience in international logistics or supply chain, ideally in fashion or retail Knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and global trade compliance Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and time management Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, freight portals) Organised, adaptable, and resilient, with a hands-on mindset Passionate about operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement What’s On Offer Join a globally expanding retail brand known for quality, creativity, and customer experience Be a key player in a collaborative, agile operations team Competitive salary and great Sydney HQ location Opportunity to gain exposure to global markets and high-impact logistics projects If you're ready to elevate your logistics career in a global fashion environment, apply now!
