About the Roles: Both roles will be responsible for identifying opportunities, converting leads, and nurturing long-term customer relationships across the waste and recycling sector in Melbourne. Whether you're new to sales with a strong hunger to learn , or a seasoned BDM with existing industry contacts , we want to hear from you. Entry-Level BDM Ideal for someone with a passion for sales and sustainability, and looking to launch their career in a fast-moving industry. You’ll receive ongoing support and training , while working with a high-performing team and building relationships with customers across Melbourne. Experienced BDM Perfect for an experienced sales professional with a track record of success in the waste, recycling, or related sectors. You’ll be expected to drive new business , upsell services , and manage key accounts, using your commercial acumen and market insights.
