THE ROLE Step into an exciting and fast-paced 8-week temporary assignment with a dynamic company operating out of their Waterloo office. You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related, helping the business run smoothly while working closely with senior executives. This is a great opportunity for a polished, proactive Office Manager who thrives in lean environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. DUTIES Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workspace Greet visitors and coordinate meeting room setup as needed Handle office supply orders, kitchen stocking, and vendor management Organise weekly team lunches and manage catering for meetings and events Coordinate couriers and send equipment Manage the office inbox and respond to general queries Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces (e.g., kitchen, plants, supplies) Key Requirements: You’re experienced in office management (2 years ideal) and thrive without micromanagement You’re professional, friendly, and know how to build trust quickly You take pride in your workspace and enjoy being the person who keeps things running You’re confident managing senior stakeholders and staying composed under pressure You’re tech-savvy, organised, and naturally take initiative when you see something needs doing WHV candidates welcome – must be available for the full contract duration Police check required If this sounds like the ideal role for you, apply now for immediate consideration!
