As Case Manager, reporting to Partners you'll drive end-to-end project delivery, lead high-performing teams, and influence clients at the highest levels. What you'll be doing: Leading and managing strategy projects from planning to execution. Structuring problem-solving approaches and ensuring quality of insights and outputs. Mentoring junior consultants and driving capability-building within the team. Cultivating client relationships and influencing senior decision-makers. What we’re looking for: 4–6 years of management consulting experience from Big 4 or high-quality boutique strategy consultancy. Demonstrated experience leading and delivering strategic engagements. Superior problem-solving ability and structured thinking. Strong quantitative skills and comfort with data-driven analysis. Excellent academic credentials. Proven ability leading small teams, managing stakeholders, and developing client relationships. A team-first mindset and passion for growing people and capability within the firm.
