This role offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained property portfolio within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of residential property management, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high standards are maintained. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Liaise with landlords and tenants to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. About You Proven experience in residential property management. Strong knowledge of South Australian tenancy laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
