The Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant in our Trades & Manufacturing division, you'll: Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates. Collaborate with the TRS team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This role offers the autonomy to take ownership of your desk, with unwavering support from our Founding Director, Tavis, and the TRS management team. We'll equip you with proven recruitment strategies and resources to ensure your success.
