Major Goal: To lead and optimise the logistics, procurement, and cellar operations by managing supplier relationships, streamlining inventory processes, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery and storage of goods and services. This role is responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
