You will collaborate with industry leaders, manage complex approvals, and guide clients through high-profile projects. Working with AES’s and EHS Support’s national approvals community, you’ll contribute to local and international projects that make a difference. You will work closely with the senior leadership to help position AES/EHS Support as a top-tier provider of primary and secondary approvals across various industries. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop technical proposals and strengthen client relationships through business development. Create new service delivery lines leveraging your skills and expertise. Assist in delivering a high-performing national approvals team. Lead environmental impact assessments and complex approvals processes. Manage projects within scope, budget, and quality standards. Mentor junior and mid-level consultants to enhance their environmental approvals expertise. Foster collaboration within AES and EHS Support’s multidisciplinary teams. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Marine Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 10 years of experience in environmental approvals, both primary and secondary. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong understanding of Commonwealth and State environmental legislation. Experience in environmental management and stakeholder engagement is advantageous. Experience in the oil and gas, offshore, or onshore sectors is preferred.
