About the opportunity Our client’s 100 seat casual dining operation is part of the city's hospitality heartbeat, located in one of the best food and beverage districts across Greater Melbourne. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be working side by side with Assistant Managers, Restaurant Supervisors, and Floor Staff, to set the tone for service standards and creating guest experiences in a fast paced restaurant You’ll be required to pivot between running service on certain days of the week to performing essential operational duties, including recruitment and training, budgeting and P&L management, and performance management tasks. As General Manager, you'll be expected to identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans focused on positive change. Our client is seeking a leader who can maximise revenue streams, build a strong internal talent pipeline, and drive operational excellence.
