About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Operations Coordinator to join our Sales & Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll provide critical operational and administrative support that keeps our sales engine running smoothly. Working across both the Direct Sales and Partnerships functions, this is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a high-performing sales organisation operates. What you'll do: Be the go-to support for our Partner Managers and Business Development Executives. Act as a key contact for partners, managing queries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Own and improve operational processes, from updating Salesforce queues to refining internal SOPs that drive pipeline velocity. Coordinate internal and external sales events, conferences, and meetings , ensuring every detail is covered. Support the delivery of strategic projects and campaigns, contributing to key commercial outcomes. Generate reports and insights to track performance and support decision-making across the team. What you'll bring 2 years’ experience in a sales operations, sales support, or similar coordination role. Comfortable using CRM tools (like Salesforce) and software like Excel and PowerPoint to stay organised and drive efficiency. A proactive mindset, you're always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and switch contexts with ease. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
