Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will assist the business with recruitment and retention strategy, compliance, performance and wellbeing initiatives. The role: Take responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle (i.e. Onboarding and compliance) Take responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle (i.e. Onboarding and compliance) Ensure on-going compliance with reporting requirements in relation to visa programs. Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding ensuring a seamless experience Proactively manage employees across, absenteeism, welfare and disciplinary action as required. Liaise and support the Operations production team in employee concerns and management. Monitor and implement applicable Policies, Procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with both internal processes and legislation. Ensure that all employees who utilise provided accommodation and have agreements in place and conditions of the properties are maintained to the required standards. Working with and maintaining a strong relationship with the senior leadership team Manage the Return to Work and Workers Compensation program in compliance with procedures and guidance. Support WHS function including incidents, hazards and various initiatives. What we’re looking for: Qualifications in HR or related discipline or relevant experience Strong computer Literacy Ability to interpret and apply legislation to an operating environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Forward thinking and attention to detail.
